We treat your laptop and the data contained therein with respect at all times. It is important to us that our customers feel comfortable with our service and know that their computers are in safe hands. This philosophy has lead to us carrying out work for many of the regions blue chip companies, including banks, professional football clubs, TV companies and insurance companies.
We are very approachable and talk to our customers in words that they can understand. Its important to us that our customers understand the problem that their computer is suffering from, how we propose to repair it and how that will affect the future operation of their unit. We dont use jargon filled waffle and will happily take the time to explain anything and everything pertaining to each repair to the customers satisfaction.
Sensible pricing is a very important aspect. We give as wide a range of options as possible for each repair. Often there are a number of different ways that a repair can be effected. We explain the pros and cons of each option so that our customers can make an informed choice.
